Directorate General Resettlement

Retired Officers / JCOs / OR are required to upload the following mandatory documents:

1. Release order (all pages)
2. PPO (Pension Pay Order)
3. Veterans ID card / CSD card (Re-employed officers only)
4. PAN
5. Passport Size Photograph
6. All documents must be uploaded simultaneously (not piece-meal)

Failing which your system generated ‘ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER’ will be auto cancelled during the verification process and they will be required to re-register online to get a new ‘Acknowledgement Number’ (this is to facilitate documentation process of DGR records).
